We undertake “Annual Maintenance Contracts”(AMC) of Solar power projects of both roof top and ground mounted for maximum efficiency and smooth operation of the plant.
Our major roles are as follows:
- We undertake complete responsibility of the solar plant by resolving all kinds of issues regarding O&M of the plant faced by their designers and developers.
- We expertise in cleaning and proper functioning of the solar modules for maximum efficiency.
- We perform a regular internal checks on the output produced by the solar plant. In case of any inefficiency, we diagnose the faults and rectify them immediately.
- We perform regular “Preventive maintenance of the individual equipments” at the plant for hassle free and safe operations.
- We maintain all solar equipments and ensure timely replacement of individual components as required.
HIGH & LOW VOLTAGE MAINTENANCE
All grid-connected photovoltaic power plants linked up to the high-voltage network are high danger zones. There are extensive regulations governing the switching station itself, therefore maintenance must be carried out every years while providing the proof of any measures taken – such as changing the transformer oil, checking resistance of the earthing system & calibration of Meters. We have expertise in H.T. (VCB, Transformers ,C.T’s & P.T’s), 415 V switchgear and other PLC control machines /system.
PV SITE MAINTENANCE
Work must be carried out in accordance with the regulations on occupational health, safety and the zoning ordinance. Even if entrusted to a sub-contractor, it includes cleaning of the modules and ensuring that high grass, bushes and trees are not in vicinity as it may affect the efficiency of the modules.
INVERTER MAINTENANCE
The inverter being the heart of the solar power plant, needs an ideal operating environment for it to work on maximum efficiency and precondition for asserting warrantee claims against the manufacturer. The inverter station must have proper heating and cooling systems. Regular change of filter mats is also recommended, along with software updates and the cleaning of the inverter’s components.
